General Litigation
Complex Business and Commercial Litigation

Darrell Minter brings almost 30 years of legal experience to David, Goodman & Madole. During those years, he has practiced in a variety of disciplines. His practice experiences have included: full time legal advisor to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department; a bankruptcy practice in which a highlight was his work in co-writing Plan of Reorganization and representing the purchaser in bankruptcy; family law, representing both small and larger more complex cases; a corporate, transactional and real estate practice; and from time to time as requested by the courts or by his peers, Darrell Minter has served as a mediator. While his legal career has exposed him to a variety of disciplines and practices, for the past 20 years, the primary focus of his areas of practice has been in general and complex business litigation.

Because of his reputation for hard work, dedication and value-added results for his clients, in 2011 Darrell Minter accepted an offer to join David, Goodman & Madole, where he currently serves as “Of Counsel.”

Darrell was born in North Carolina. During the last four years of his career as a police officer, with the Winston-Salem Police Department, Darrell earned his degree from Guilford College, in Greensboro, North Carolina. He then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston Texas. He earned his law degree in less than three years and became licensed to practice law in 1982.
