Abby Ewing is experienced in high stakes and complex litigation. Unlike most family lawyers, she started her career as a commercial litigator in a prominent international law firm. Abby discovered her passion for family law after moving to Texas in 2005 and joining David, Goodman & Madole. Five years later, she was named Head of the Family Law Section.
Abby is respected by her peers for her attention to detail and her ability to solve financial and emotional issues using a common-sense approach. In 2008, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Abby was named a Texas Super Lawyers’ Rising Star (Thomson Reuters Service) as printed in Texas Monthly. She also can be seen as a legal analyst on local news stations and can be heard on Fox News Radio Affiliates across the United States.
Abby’s combination of compassion and legal expertise works to the advantage of individuals and families throughout the area. Her unique ability to connect with clients stems from a philosophy that every client deserves nothing less than full attention and respect.
