Amy represents corporations, partnerships and individual investors on a wide range of transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, private placements, joint ventures, and financings. In addition, Amy advises clients on the formation and structure of business entities, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day contracting matters.  Amy also advises directors, executive officers, and business owners on corporate governance issues.

Amy has counseled both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, banking, oil and gas, food and beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, and software. In addition, Amy has substantial experience in the aviation industry, representing commercial and charter airlines and aircraft owners in connection with the acquisition and lease of private aircraft, contracting and operational matters, and FAA compliance.

Amy earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Business Management and an MBA in International Business from Dallas Baptist University and received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman College of Law in 2007.  Upon graduation, Amy joined Winstead PC, a prominent Texas law firm, where she was a member of the Corporate, Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group.  Amy joined David, Goodman & Madole in 2012 and is licensed to practice law in Texas and Mississippi.
