Andy Nikolopoulos is a litigator representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as well as arbitrations. He handles cases involving breach of contract, partnership disputes, fraud, tortious interference, commercial lease disputes, premises liability and breach of fiduciary claims. He also maintains an intellectual property practice in the areas of trademark, copyright and unfair competition law. He has taken numerous cases to trial as a first-chair attorney with successful results. He is also well adept at all pre-trial aspects of litigation, often using creative legal theory and procedure to his client’s advantage. Andy believes that his methods of preparation and hard work are what separate him from other attorneys, whether the case approach involves a quick resolution or an eye towards trial. This work ethic coupled with his broad experience allows him to provide unparalleled representation to clients on a wide variety of issues.
Andy was born and raised in Dallas. He graduated from Trinity University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in 2003. He then pursued post-graduate legal studies and obtained a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. He worked for a litigation firm in Dallas for several years before joining David, Goodman & Madole in 2012.
