Ashley Wysocki joined David Goodman & Madole after practicing with a midsize law firm in Lubbock, Texas, where she had a broad spectrum practice involving family law, bankruptcy, collections, wills and trusts, and general business litigation.  This experience allowed Ashley to gain a knowledge base and practical experience that surpasses many attorneys who have practiced years longer.

Ashley excels in the courtroom where she is able to showcase her strong advocacy skills.  Ashley received her M.B.A. and J.D. from Texas Tech University where she was named by law school faculty as the Distinguished Trial Advocate and was a member of the National Mock Trial Team.  Additionally, Ashley and her team partner—who also happens to be her husband—were Advanced Moot Court and Mock Trial Champions, with Ashley being named Best Oralist in both competitions.   

Prior to attending Texas Tech University, Ashley grew up near Corpus Christi, Texas and earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors from The University of Texas at Austin.

Ashley has served on the Red Cross Board of Directors and is involved with the Dallas Area Young Lawyers Association.
