Blair Partlow maintains a heavy litigation docket in both state and federal courts throughout Texas, handling a broad variety of matters on behalf of his clients.  He currently represents companies and individuals in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims arising in the context of construction site accidents, premises liability, and products liability disputes, as well commercial disputes. Blair also has significant experience representing developers, contractors, and design professionals in complex construction defect claims.

Blair was born and raised in Dallas.  He attended Texas A&M University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioenvironmental Sciences.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 1999.  He worked for a small Dallas law firm before joining David, Goodman & Madole in 2012.
