Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Erin’s practice involves the representation of clients on a wide range of transactions, including joint ventures and the acquisition and development of real property. Erin has experience in the drafting and negotiation of partnership and limited liability company agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and various other transactional documents.
