Insurance disputes require legal assistance from an attorney who can understand complicated situations and explain them in clear, straightforward language. Michael Rumac’s early career as a pharmacist gave him special training in looking after the welfare of customers and translating baffling medical matters for patients. As a registered pharmacist in Texas and several other states, Michael frequently acts as a resource and adviser for the firm’s national retail pharmacy clients. This background helps in other matters, too. “I like to make sure my clients feel they are getting their money’s worth,” he says. “It’s important that all their questions and concerns are addressed. I take the most complex legal situations and explain them to my clients in terms they can understand; clients appreciate the better communication that results.”
Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in New Jersey, Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Rhode Island in 1992. He worked for ten years as a pharmacist before earning a law degree with honors from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University and joining David, Goodman & Madole in 2003.
Michael has served on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Chamber Orchestra and with the Dallas Young Lawyers’ Committee for Legal Aid to the Elderly.
