Nancy Duessel focuses her practice on business transactions and corporate matters. She joined David, Goodman & Madole after serving as Vice President and Division General Counsel at a Fortune 200 Public Company. She started practicing law in Washington, D.C. with international law firms advising clients on domestic and international transactions. When Nancy moved to Texas, she became a partner in the Corporate Securities Group of Hughes & Luce, LLP. 

Nancy enjoys advising companies and executives in all types of transactional and corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, finance and lending, and complex contracting.  She has advised both publicly traded and privately held companies on transactions in a broad variety of industries, including energy and project development, manufacturing, technology, gaming, financial services and consumer packaged goods.  Nancy’s experience as in-house counsel provides her with a practical and business focused view point to assess risk and provide solutions.
