Natalie Gray joined David, Goodman & Madole after establishing her courtroom bona fides in government service and private practice.

Natalie has a distinguished record of public service as an attorney for the State of Texas and the federal government.  This service honed Natalie’s litigation skills and earned her a reputation for thoroughness, reason and tenacity.

Natalie started her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General of Texas, under John Cornyn and Greg Abbott, defending state agencies and officials against claims arising under the United States Constitution, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and Age Discrimination in Employment Act.  Natalie then worked in Washington, D.C. as a staff attorney for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), handling employment cases and representing HHS officials in Congressional interviews.  Since returning to Texas in 2005 and entering the private sector, Natalie has represented Fortune 500 companies in toxic tort litigation and defended multiple medical malpractice claims.

Natalie lettered in cross-country and track at Baylor University.
