As a litigator, Bob Palmer handles cases involving contract disputes, wrongful death actions, landlord/tenant disputes, products liability, premises liability, and construction defects. He has represented national corporations, national retailers, and small business owners in courts across Texas as well as in numerous arbitrations.
He has a demonstrated record of success in resolving challenging, high-stakes disputes. He has represented a broad range of individual and business clientele regarding all phases of litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, advised major U.S. companies and individuals in a broad variety of trials, appeals and settlements. His cases regularly involve in-depth case analysis, complex parties and issues, contract matters, and formal and informal administrative proceedings and other inquiries.
Bob was born in Massachusetts and grew up in Colleyville, Texas. He attended Southern Methodist University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1996. He earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1999 and clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Harry McKee of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas. He worked for a large Dallas law firm before joining David, Goodman & Madole in 2003.
